Hi Nickol,

I wanted to extend a compliment made about you recently. You made a Red Velvet Cake for me (my mom's 75th b-day) in September.  I wanted to let you know that this past Christmas, while visiting, she said that your cake was the BEST Red Velvet Cake she has ever tasted.  She is a connoisseur of this cake and has tasted them all over the world.  This is quite a compliment from her because she usually orders a piece the cake and is disappointed or says "it's OK".  Good job!  Thank you for making her 75th so special...she said it was the best part of the day!  I included a photo of her big day with the granddaughters and big party.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! Nickol is amazing! Not only are her cakes the most beautiful things I have ever seen, but her attitude cannot be matched because she is the sweetest person. She was always prompt with getting back to me whenever I emailed her (especially since I was working out of state with her). When I asked if she could make a new flavor, she jumped at the challenge! She can do anything and her creations will truly make your wedding day (or special event) so much more than you ever expected. One of my favorite perks is that my husband and I do not have to eat freezer cake for our one year anniversary because she is sending us a new cake! I can go on and on about how amazing she is, I recommend her to anyone and I hope if you are reading this you will give her a call or email her because she is truly one of a kind and I was so blessed to have worked with her.

I wanted to let you know how much my whole family enjoyed the cake your prepared for my brother's birthday.  The decorations were incredibly creative and so original and the cake and icing were delicious.  When the waiter delivered the cake to the table with just a few candles, everyone's jaw dropped!  So I've very grateful as you truly made a special evening into an awesome one!

The cake was wonderful and all gone by the time the party was over.  I gave out your card and your name to at least 6 people. Thanks Nickol, your cake was excellent, we all really hated to cutting into it, it was so awesome, even better than I expected! We finally did cut into it on Sunday and it was excellent, moist and Delicious! I hope you got pictures, if not let me know and I can send. Your cake was the hit of the party!
