TARTE AU CITRON: Pate sucree dough with lemon curd and lavender whip.
MONKEY TART: Almond pate sucree dough with caramel bananas pastry cream and brown sugar meringue.
GANACHE TART: Chocolate shortbread dough with chocolate ganache w/ strawberry whip.
WALNUTTY TART: Short dough with caramel and walnuts.
